The remaining cards go face-down into the stock. Then each of the eight tableau piles is dealt one face-up card, and the first four tableau piles receive one extra. Six cards are dealt face-up to each of the six reserve piles. Deal & layoutĪlgerian Patience is played with two decks (104 cards).
